New OpenConnect protocol

We added support for the new OpenConnect protocol; at the moment it is not blocked from Russia, the UAE and a number of other countries where OpenVPN and WireGuard are blocked. In order to use the new protocol, change your current subscription to an OpenConnect subscription or buy a new one, then configure according to the instructions.

At the moment the subscription works as SingleVPN, in the future we will add work with two DoubleVPN servers
